I discovered AB/DL during my early teenage years, whilst dealing with childhood trauma and difficulties. My childhood items brought me comfort, but not enough to help me feel safe. I discovered diapers whilst researching about age regression, I came across an AB/DL forum and spent my night reading other people’s experiences with adult diapers. The next day I made my way into my local pharmacy after school and picked myself up some cheap medical diapers to try, and I was hooked ever since! They brought me comfort, safety, and allowed me to heal my inner baby. It wasn’t until I turned 19 did I join the online AB/DL community, and explored not only the nonsexual elements to AB/DL, but the naughty parts too, hehe. I’ve barely used a big girl potty since.
